Overview of your community activity and health
Overview
The Dashboard is your command center for monitoring community health at a glance. It displays real-time metrics, recent activity, and quick access to common actions.
Metrics Cards
Six key metrics are displayed at the top of your dashboard:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Discord Members | Total members across all connected Discord servers. Click to see breakdown by server. |
| Total Users | Number of registered users on your website. These are users who have logged in via Discord or Steam. |
| Server Players | Current online players across all game servers. Shows real-time count with trend indicator. |
| Shop Revenue | Total revenue from shop purchases. Shows percentage change from previous period. |
| Active Servers | Number of game servers currently online and responding to queries. |
| Website Visitors | Unique visitors to your site. Click to open detailed analytics modal. |
Recent Activity Panels
Recent Orders
Shows the latest shop purchases with:
- Customer username and avatar
- Product purchased and quantity
- Order amount and status
- VIP badge if customer is VIP
- Time since purchase
Recent Players
Shows players who recently connected with:
- Player name and avatar
- Server they played on
- Total playtime on your servers
- Last seen timestamp
Website Visitors Modal
Click the Website Visitors card to access detailed analytics:
- Interactive World Map - Visual heatmap showing visitor locations
- Daily Visitors Chart - Line graph of visitor trends over time
- Top Countries - Ranked list of countries by visitor count
- Top Pages - Most visited pages on your site
- Unique vs Returning - Breakdown of new vs returning visitors
Pro Tip: The dashboard automatically refreshes every 60 seconds. You can also click the refresh icon in the header to manually update all metrics.
